The 2006 Ride Programme
The 2006 Ride Programme has 780 classes at 120 venues, a number of which are 2 and 3 day events. Pleasure rides are included for non-members to try the sport. Anyone wishing to find out more can go to the official website www.endurancegb.co.uk where the full programme and contacts are displayed.
The Welsh Festival of the Horse
EGB will be taki ng and active part in the Welsh Festival of the Horse on 16/17 April in the beautiful setting of Margan Park off J38 of the M4. The park covers 1,000 acres and is home to 500 deer, a castle, lake, ruins, and a forest. EGB will be having a stand for the weekend and will put on a demonstration in the main ring on Sunday - both of which will be organised by Mike and Sally Bell. EGB is supporting Autism Cymru with a sponsored ride
This year S4C Television, based in Cardiff, is supporting the charity Autism Cymru from 11-16 June with sponsored sports events. Claire Horridge and the South & West Wales Group of EGB are organising a sponsored endurance ride for this excellent cause.
