FEI/ WEG Endurance Team Final Training Weekend

The Selected Team Members and Reserves will meet with the Squad Management Team and Logistics Manager this weekend for their final Training and Assessment Session before travelling to Germany on August 13th to take part in the World Equestrian Games. The Endurance Competition is on Monday 21st August.
At the weekend they will agree their tapering training and Horse and Rider Nutrition for the remaining 4 weeks leading up to the games
As members of the BEF and Team GBR , Endurance GB enjoys welcome support for these Games ,much increased for 2006 by the support of the Team GBR Sponsors which will relieve some of the Financial burden on Riders . Although as a non-Olympic Discipline Endurance does not receive Lottery funding , EGB have benefited from association with and support from World Class Performance Director Will Connell, who is also Chef De Missionand his Team.
